White orp baby 2-3 week old baby has huge belly

    My little buff orpington has a massive belly and bottom area, she has also lost fur on her bottom and its bald, it is drinking and eating, very alert and has had a poo today. Anyideas to whats wrong? All the others in her run are fine.

    The belly is swollen, and quite firm. (yeah its blue [​IMG] )

    I don't see a vent in any of those pics. Does the chick have a vent? The blueness is heart failure..likely due to fluid buildup in the body cavity.

    Yes the vent is above the bald patch.

    It was coloured blue by myself
