White pea size hard thing in my chickens eye. Any suggestions what it is and how to treat it?

It's pus.
It needs to come out.

When was the last time you brought a new to you bird home?

Clean the pus out with QTips and remove it all. Flush the eye with saline eye wash, and apply either Terramycin eye ointment from a feed store, plain Neosporin ointment, or Vetericyn eye gel twice a day. Pus and bubbles in an eye might be a sign of MG or mycoplasma, a chronic respiratory disease. Tylosin, Denagard, and a few other antibiotics may help treat symptoms. If it is MG, the chicken may be a carrier.

How is your bird doing today? Did you ever get the pus out?
