White rooster...what breed?

    That is a Silkie mutt, or a very, very, very pet-quality Silkie.

    we have silkies and he is about twice as big as them.... He is only about 5 months old.

    Definitely part Silkie. Maybe he got mixed with a large breed, like a Rock? [​IMG]

    He's so cool-looking.... he's got the silkie head (- the crest/wattles) and a magnificent body shape and feathers. Maybe it's half Leghorn, because their feathers look a little like that. I'm not an expert, it's just a guess [​IMG] lol.

    Silkie mix and a very cool looking one at that. Personally I think your mutt looks better than full blooded Silkies!
