White stuff around eye?

I’ve posted here many times before and been helped out a lot so I figured I should go here first. My Cochin hen has been sitting for 3 weeks now and I’ve started to notice this white growth around her eyes. I believe it has slowly spread over time but hasn’t been too large of a concern until now as it is getting too close to her eyelid. Does anyone else have experience with this or know what it is?

Kind of looks like it might be favus, which is fungal. You can use an over the counter antifungal ointment, containing miconazole nitrate (walmart carries a generic), apply a couple of times a day, see if it improves. I'd probably apply with a q-tip and do your best to avoid the eye.
