Whitehouse Quail sent me my first batch of eggs!

I am so excited. I ordered 25 from Andrew, and I ended up with 55. I think I had one or two cracked eggs and that was it. It was quick too.

I cannot wait to see what I get! Thanks Andrew!

Yeah, I am excited. The turning looks to be a bit tedious, but it wont be long!

My only issue is I cannot seem to get my incubator to the right temp. Its usually about 2 degrees to high.

good luck with turning all those! whew! not me. if i didnt have a turner i would just roll the eggs with my hand about 3X a day. but marking quail egss is too much for me. i always have a bunch plus other breeds on eggs on the turners. GOOD LUCK glad to see BYC member helping out another. ording 20 some eggs and getting double that is MORE than you can ask from a breeder.

Put a book or brick under one side of the incubator instead of turning each one.
