I know I read a recipe for whitewash a couple of weeks ago but now I can't find it.Anyone? Do you white wash everything in the coop? The nest boxes and the roost?

    Google whitewash. Lots of recipes.

I don't know if I would whitewash the roost and nest boxes though. Can't say why not except for the amount of work. Probably the same amount of work as cleaning.

    Anyone else?

1 cup of DE in 1/2 gallon water. Use a spray bottle and spray everything you dont want mites or any other critters on! Shake/stir often as it settles quickly!

You are welcome-there is no such thing as using too much as long as you are using the food grade!
