Hi there! I was finally able to get over here... This is Puff. I believe Puff's mama is a leghorn, and the daddy was a big white chicken my son called sumo chicken because of his size lol. [IMG]

So my question is, is Puff a rooster or hen? [IMG]

I'm guessing dad was a large Light Brahma? or more likely a Cochin (as straight comb)

You don't say how old Puff is which will make a lot of difference in my answer.

That is quite a bit of comb, and getting red, so I'm inclined to say rooster, but Leghorn pullets get larger combs that can turn a bit pink earlier....but unless this is a pullet nearing POL, I'm thinking rooster.

Ooh sorry lol, Puff is about 10 weeks old; he/she came strutting out from under the coop November 15. :) I have a video of the dad, gotta get a pic of it...

    At only 10 weeks, that's a cockerel.
