    Well I guess I will start this off with someting that is fitting for BYC!

    The Good:

    Chicken gizzards
    Chicken liver
    Pickled Pigs Feet

    The Not so good:

    Beets
    Hominy (the most tasteless food I have ever eatin)


    The Yuck

    Rats

    The good

    Anything homecooked and home grown. (almost)
    Beets sauteed with orange and butter sauce are really good! YUM!

    The bad...I never could do eggplant.

    The yuck...tripe

    the good :
    steak medium rare
    strawberry swirl junior cheescake, yoyo cookies(chocolate chip cookies sandwich filled with buttercream and dipped in chocolate) philly cheese steak sandwich

    the not so good:

    my mother in laws meatloaf,

    the yuck:

    bloodsausage, tongue and tofu

    Steak - Med. rare
    Salad. I could eat it for every meal
    Seafood
    My mamas cooking

    The not so good

    fish

    The yuck

    Liver of any kind
    Pinto beans

    Sushi very thin though
    Mom's porkchop's and rice
    Homemade Mac & cheese "m&c Pie" for some of u

    The not so good
    MIL cooking
    eggplant


    YUCK: pork liver ugh!!! chittlins

    Good: Italian food, a good steak, salmon, lobster etc. a good dark chocolate. [​IMG]

    Bad: Liver, liverwurst, overcooked fish or chicken, rubbery sausage. :|

    Yuck: Lima beans, chickpeas, and sorry folks, I don't like humus. :eek:

    Good: Indian food, greens cooked with ham hocks, oatmeal cookies, strawberries and raspberries, barbeque ribs

    Bad: baked beans, tofu, rice pudding

    Yuck: liver and onions, steak and kidney pie, and from my childhood...hooligan or candlefish

    The Yuck: All Seafood

    Since growing livestock, my opinion of offal has began to change. You can't have an animal, look it in the eyes, then let part of it go to waste because it's "icky". So, I've been doing my best to eat chicken, lamb and beef liver. I've had chicken and goose heart as well.

    But tongue and kidneys still make me cringe.

    The good: catfish, cajun grilled especially, fresh porterhouse steak grilled rare, fresh-caught trout, salad with dark lettuce and spinach, sweet corn, my potato salad, homemade fudge, baby peas, fresh green beans, beef stroganoff, good menudo, tongue...I could go on and on.

    The not so good: overcooked anything, especially steak, white meat chicken or turkey, and most fast food,

    the yuck: lima beans and liver

    The yuck: Rasins, mint anything, tuna fish
