Here is an example of the eggs in getting. .. trying to figure out who is and isn't laying
I know which egg belongs to the single Leghorn hen ;) and I'm fairly certain I can rule out the black copper maran and ameracauna

So who is laying the tan eggs, large size, slightly pinkish tint

And speckled medium sized tan egg? [IMG][/IMG]

So what other hens do you have? Sometimes BCM will lay light brown or tanish egg.

    I only have seven hens
A lavender orp (8 months old)
Two buff orps (7 months old)
A black star (8 months old)
A BCM (sold to me as POL)
    An ameracauna
And a white Leghorn (approx 1yo)

I would say the black star maybe the Orps.

Now that you've ruled out a few of them from the color of the eggs, look at their combs. The non-laying hens will have washed-out light pink combs that look dry. The hens that are laying will have bright red combs that appear in supple condition.

Do you have a rooster? Watch who he mounts. He will probably be ignoring all but the layers. (How a rooster knows who's fertile is a mystery to me, however.)

It's kind of hard to tell from just pics, but all of those pictured except for the one on the right in the middle photo should be laying.

That's the maran pullet, I figured by egg color she wasn't any of the layers. .. Do you think she's close?

I've been getting regular eggs from the leghorn... But not more than total of three eggs not more than four. I'm guessing this is because of their young ages and the short days/cold weather in Northeast
