Bailey's Original Irish Cream


1 cup light cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)

1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey

1 teaspoon instant coffee

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed
for about 20 seconds.

Transfer to a clean bottle with a tightly fitting cap.

Store, refrigerated, and shake well before using.

Kahlua


1 qt water
2 1/2 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Instant coffee
1 tablespoon Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Vodka


Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan.
Simmer VERY slowly for 3 hours. Mixture will be very dark
and syrupy. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Makes 7 cups.

Starbuck's Frappuccino


1/2 cup fresh espresso
2 1/2 cups lowfat milk (2 percent)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dry pectin

Combine all ingredients in a covered container. Shake until
sugar and pectin are dissolved.

This was different flavored brandy and vodka. Thought it was MissPrissy or Terri or speckledhen. I am still looking thru the first pages of the crafters post, there are alot of post there and ALOT of good ideas for home made CHRISTmas gifts

Crush and cover good quality coffee beans with vodka of your choice. Shake jar daily until vodka is dark and you like the taste. Strain and cork. Yuuummm!!!!

I took out some books on making cordials and such at my local library one year. Its a great way to peruse recipe books without buying them.
