    little bast+rd bout took my eye out when feeding. and no he wasnt out of food just being mean. hes the main roo, [email protected] thats alright come christmas eve ill be pecking him with a fork!

    Coturnix are not sociable birds at all, they will drestroy each other, but to my experience Gambles are even worse, one of my coturnix accidentaly got on my gambels pen and in less than 5 minutes my coturnix was dead!

    But yeah, I'm guessing the "coturnix are friendly" people mean COMPARATIVELY friendly...the most social mine get with me is letting me pat their backs while they gorge themselves.
