Who's the daddy?

My chicks started hatching yesterday and so far all the ones hatched have feathered leg. My big rooster who is just a mix is obviously not the dad as he does not have feathered legs. But I also have some sort of bantam with feathered legs and feet and a silki. Is there any way for me to tell which one is the dad? The silki is at the bottum of the risen pole and I have never actually seen him breed any body. Is it possible my bantam is the only one fertaizing eggs?
