Who's who???

I was sold one chick as a Maran/ Cream legbar, and the other as a OE. The person who sold them to me said that the cross would get feathers on it's feet, but they both have feathers and look very similar! I don't know who's who! But I also thought that an OE is a cross between a blue egg layer and a brown egg layer. So are they both OE's? I've been puzzling over

A maran/cream legbar cross is an specific cross for an olive egger, so they are both OE. And they both look to be of the maran/legbar cross.

Ok, that was my suspicion! But I don't know why I'd be sold one as a cross if it was the correct breeds to be an olive egger.
