Why are my Chick's feces putrid smelling?

I incubated some chick's and their feces smell terrible. Three weeks before I had some other chicks in the brooder and they smelled perfectly normal now I can't even walk by the brooder without almost gagging lol I don't know why they smell do bad. I've read that some parasites/illnesses will make it smell putrid any opinions?
