Why are my hens not laying adequately?

I have two hens that usually lay daily but have slowed way down. I also gave 3 cream crested legbar hens that I have only had for a few weeks now that also have slowed down on laying. I started giving scratch grains along with the egg layers feed. No other changes have been made that would stress them out that I know of. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Only around a year.

There are a lot of reasons hens will stop laying or production will go down.
It may be stress.
