I am a day away from buturing ducks... but needed to buy more food for everyone... anyway I always assumed if it didn't say it was medicated it isn't... well I went to a fed store I don't use very often and asked for non-medicated feed... they didn't have any... but said almost all starter is medicated....

Are my birds going to be okay to eat.... or did I ruin them???

As long as the only medication in it is Amprol it's fine to feed them. That's all I raise my call ducklings on.

No nothing there is a medicine. I am a Chemist. BTW most withhold food from poultry for at least 12 hours before butchering, less chance of spillage from a gut if it is empty.

Fancie, Farm and Fleet doesn't sell medicated chick feed. We know the guy in the Ag/Farm dept. and he told us their chick feed is not medicated.
