Why does Henny Penny want to come inside all the time?

I have a two year old ISA brown hen. She is lovely and friendly and let's me pick her up. She is bossy and will jump and peck at plastic bags if I'm holding one thinking there's a lettuce in there especially for her. She also wants to come inside...all the time. I couldn't find her one day and finally discovered her in a shelf in the entertainment unit nesting!

She's got a gorgeous house of her own and little friends.....her life is perfect, yet she wants more!
