Why hasn’t my duck gotten her blue wing yet!????

My female 8 week old duck hasn’t gotten her blue wing yet.Her boyfriend has(same age). Why hasn’t she yet? I have seen her get plucked by chickens. She is way smaller than her boyfriend.

She’s only 8 weeks old. Give it a bit more time, and separate the ducks and chickens - especially since they’re getting picked on. What breed is she?
