Why is my cockerel letting his wings hang?

My little guy keeps letting his wings hang instead of holding them to his body. Hes somewhere around 8 weeks and hes the first rooster we have had that does this. Is he lazy or is this something i should worry about. He doesnt do it all the time but he does do it alot. Any words of wisdom would be great.

Which breed is he? There are some breeds that naturally hold their wings down.

He may not feel well. Or it may be a genetic problem where his wings are not properly positioned. I am not sure.

He is a EE. Rural King had him labeled as a Aruacana but I know better. And he runs around fine he acts just like the other babies he just lets his wings hang
