Way UP north MI
My one EE has this weird deformed egg issue. None of the other hens eggs are patchy or rough. Like this looks like it would hurt coming out. The egg is like sand paper. Normal on the inside.

The shell is actually quite thin and brittle compared to my other hens.

My hens were eating Nutrena Nature Wise I thought the feed might have been the issue so we switched to Kalmbach All Natural 17%...the issue is still happening despite the feed change. They do also get a cup full of scratch grain a day to turn the litter in the coop. A occasional handful of mealworms. And a apple on their treat hanger thing.

Looks like excess calcium on the outside of shell.
Odd that the shell is thin too.
I'd say it's wonky shell gland and probably nothing you can do about it.
If only one bird is laying wonky eggs, then it is not likely a diet issue.
