Why is my hen moulting...again?

My 4yo hen molted on May, (and before that, on December). Only around her neck and head area I think but now she's moulting again but it's too early to tell from where. Is this normal? She hasnt laid any eggs recently and Summer is slowly ending now too if its because of the weather or is it because of some disease?

Chickens molt twice a year...spring amd fall unless you ger then they molt juvenile feathers at about 20 weeks then real molt at 40
