So Cal
I got this wonderful muscovy from a teacher who hatched her out last spring. After looking at the other pictures of muscovys on this site their tails are long and low. Is she a mix? Do you think she has a problem?

Does she hold her tail like that all the time? Mine have always had very mobile tails, lpng and low, up and fanned, and most of the time when they were up on their feet wagging it like they were dogs.

Would wry tail be from poor nutrition? When we got her she was pretty tattered and now when I look back at pictures she really didn't have much of a tail. Maybe as it grows longer it will lay down. we've almost had her a month and I found an early picture.

Thank you - she really is cute and sweet. I guess I'll have to take another look at body types and maybe ask the teacher where she got the eggs.
