Wichita style coop question

Just one question (right now), how high should the coop portion be off the ground? I am only 5'1"so any vents or windows to open and close would have to be within my reach.

I will have at least a waterer hanging from the framing board. Not sure about the feeder. I am considering the pvc type, but we get some heavy rains here and wonder about the feed getting wet at the bottom opening. I'd rather have the feeder outside, except when the winter is really cold or deep snow.

I'd put it wherever it feels comfortable to you to reach to the back of it, scoop poop/turn litter, or close/open windows. Our floor is about mid-thigh.
