Are those budgies in the background?

Beautiful birds. My niece has a band-tailed pigeon.

I love the exotic birds of all types. I have the book extraordinary pigeons and it has some of the wild doves/pigeons. When I went to Jeff Bergers place I saw the nicobars in person and they are amazing. He also has some sort of crested dove/pigeon and from the pictures I have seen I thought they were smaller but they were huge! The little diamond doves are so small too. I like the pheasant pigeons and the luzon bleeding hearts.
