Wild flowers

    found out today that my girls love wild violets. What wild flowers do you feed you birds?

    Dandelions are really nutritious, so when the garden's big and they're not allowed to free-range, that's what they get. I prefer to stick to the leaves, though. Not a lot of nutrition in many flowers.

    Yep, dandelions are a vital thing on our farm. They feed our bees, chickens, rabbits, and goats!!

    My chickens love nasturtiums. I feed them the whole thing. Vines, leaves, buds and blossoms. They're all over it!

    Dunno about my chickens as they range so far I can’t tell if they love any particular wildflower. My ducks however love Dandelions and Spinach.
