Will a beak grow back?

Hi! Our quail got attacked by something (evil quail killing monster). It bit the quail thru the top part of its beak, thru the nose holes and broke its beak. After being separated from its housemate (who further attacked it) it seems to be on the mend. The upper beak that was left has dried up. You can see the nose holes. I am wondering if the upper beak will grow back or not?

I am grinding up the food so that it is small enough to eat/scoop. It's not laying but seems content and healthy.

Yes it will grow back but it will take some time. Just keep her away from her roommate and keep grinding up her food and she should be just fine in about a month.
