Will bullied rooster crow again? (Black Ameraucauna)

I had 2 roosters that were raised together from hatch. The Black Ameraucauna started crowing about 10 weeks ago. His mate, a Barnevelder (The Alpha), started crowing about 3 weeks after.
Once the Barnevelder started, if the Ameraucauna would crow, the Barney would chase him and attack....the Ameraucauna stopped crowing shortly after....for about 6 weeks now.

The Barney has been re-homed as of 4 days ago.

I am wondering if the Ameraucauna will ever start crowing again?

Anyone ever have a similar experience?
