Will girls stop the fighting

Cheese and Quackers look so beat up now.
They started fighting a few months back and worse if I'm in the yard. I got them when they were babies and both ended up being drakes. I'm wondering if I got two girls would they stop fighting. Someone told they would stop then someone else told me they'd fight worse. That last person highly thinks I should give him one to eat and that ain't happening.

Can't really see the damage in the pics b/c didn't shoot from that angle. Both off them are plucked on the chest. Cheese no longer has his crest b/c Quackers yanked it out. They're still pretty and oh so smart. They know nite nite means go under the deck

You could get 6 or so girls to keep them happy. With just one for each there will still be fights. Plus drakes are very rude lovers. A little girl needs sisters just so she doesn't get worn out.

Hey thanks for the info. 6 is alot but I can make it work. Might have to re-route the fence around my tortoise enclosure to make room for them all.
