Will my chickens be sad without me

I had to recently rehome my chickens and I was wondering if they will be sad without me or will they be sad in their new environment where I am not there. But I am still able to visit them however only on weekends and will that make them sad because they dont get to see me alot

No, as long as they’re well-cared for they’ll be fine. Chickens are very resilient... they carry on and don’t experience sadness as we do.

They'll be fine after they adjust to their new home and surroundings.
It might take you a lot longer to get used to not having them around though. I'm sorry you had to re-home them.
