Will my eggs still hatch in the rotary tray

I have had a go at hatching my own eggs for the first time, I have a 48 egg automatic incubator.
On the 18th day I turned the rotation off but never removed the trays that the eggs sit in. Today (day 20) the first chick came out.

My question is, will the other eggs hatch ok with them still being on the trays rather than loose in the base of the incubator with the trays removed?

    Thanks,
    Dan

If I were you I would have removed the trays and laid the eggs in the incubator because once the chicks hatch they won't have enough room to move around and might hurt themselves on the turner

Yeah this is what I thought, I was just wondering if they will still hatch ok though?
I know the incubator is in the lockdown period now, but would it be advisable to open it up and remove the turning trays? Thanks
