As long as she has a good roof over her she'll be fine.

My rabbits have always seemed fine during thunderstorms. I suppose there are instances where thunder/lightning can seriously frighten a rabbit, causing it to injure itself, but for the most part, I wouldn't worry. Just make sure she is dry.

Rabbits do fine in the rain. Some even enjoy it but so long as shes not out in it for long periods of time then it’s okay.

Rabbits that are constantly wet and damp run the risk of suffering from skin issues, fur loss, irritation not to mention being uncomfortable.

I would try to keep her out of it as much as you can and fix the roof.
