Will this feed be ok?

Well my Dad picked up the wrong feed today and I was wondering if it would work, it is Purina Startena http://poultry.purinamills.com/OURPRODUCTS/Products/StartGrow/default.aspx it is the yellow one on the right in the picture. Thanks guys - Brian

What type of birds do you have? What age? To give you a correct answer need just a few more details...

Setting back thinking about it...regardless of age, I wouldn't feed it to any game bird I have. (Unless you're in 6 foot snow drifts and they would starve before you got back to the store.)

It's too low protein for your quail but if it's tempory it won't hurt them. Just make sure to get a gamebird starter or maintenance for the birds soon.

If you have gamebird feed to hold them over, then return it.
