Oh, poor thing! Can you tell where the break is? Depending on where it is you may be able to get some vetwrap (Kind of like a sticky ace bandage) and stabilize it. There are instructions for doing a figure 8 wrap online. I have heard that it it is splinted properly they can fully recover.
One of my girls had an injury right near her shoulder that was just hanging there. I brought her to a vet and he could not tell anything without sedating her and doing x-rays. That was beyond what I was prepared to spend, so I had the wing wrapped even though the vet made no promise about the outcome. She can not use the hurt wing now, but it does not hang down or seem to bother her.
Amputation is certainly an option. Would you do it yourself?
