Wing caught on cut hardware cloth (open wound pics)

I have a young pullet (~16 weeks old) with an injury on her wing, very near where it meets her body (shoulder area). It's meaty but she hasn't bled significantly, she's alert, and she can flap a little but seems to avoid proper flying flaps. I think she was caught on the wire most of the day, trying to yank herself off it.

I've got the isopropyl alcohol and neosporin covered, what else needs doing?

I'd offer a nutritional supplement, like Poultry Nutri-Drench, if you have it, to facilitate healing. Otherwise, keeping the wound clean and her comfortable (isolated) should help. Best of luck!
