WING CLIPPING

    How old should my chicks be when we clip there wings??

    I would assume when they start flying, but I am not 100% sure.

    Growing feathers have blood in them. Wait until the feathers are fully grown the you can clip them.

    If I clip one wing, will they be able to fly up to their roost or the nest boxes? They are only 2 - 3 feet off the floor?

    My first question would be why are you trying to keep them from flying? Second question, what breed?
