My 4 week old little ladies are starting to get quite high off the ground! When do I need to start clipping their wings?!

Our first set of hatched chicks are almost 2wks old, they are starting to flap around the brooder. We plan on clipping wing feathers in the next day or 2. Best to get them used to it now as we keep them clipped since our birds are kept in secured runs. We move our birds around into different yards to keep them from getting bored and for general care, clipping helps us to be able to catch a bird if needed for a move or if there is an injury or illness.

When they start flying to places they're not sposed to fly to. Chicks that age grow feathers fast so they'll probably need reclipping in several weeks.
