How long should I keep the heat lamp on in the winter for the chickens? Should I keep it on until February, March, April......May? Can a chicken lay eggs in the winter? And should I feed my chickens warm water in the winter or cooler water?

You shouldn't keep a heat lamp. Yes, they lay in the winter, but not as much. And unfrozen water (warm or cool doesn't matter so much).
