    Hello from Ladysmith. You might want to check in with the Wisconsin groups and with a breed group. Personally I like the American Serama Thread. What breed are you getting or have.

    So do you raise them as pets? I can't imagine the eggs are very substantial.

    Yes, as pets, but we do eat the eggs. I'm 62 and the wife has lupus. Neither of us has a big appetite. Serama eggs are just the right size for us.
