Wobbly chicken not drinking but eating well

Hi guys.
My Orpington Mavis was treated for lice yesterday but this afternoon we noticed she is very wobbly and can't walk. I gave her a bath and did the finger check to see if she is egg bound but couldn't feel anything.
She is eating well but refuses to drink her water. We've managed to give her some nutridrops and a couple of mill of water but she won't drink on her own.
Could this be because of the lice? Could they have infected her with something? Her eyes are fine.

She is all good now. The nutidrops and a night in Casa del Mamma did the trick. She has us worried for a while
