Wondering what breed(s) this may be, any ideas?

These girls were sold to me as Cochin bantams, feathery legs and very small but not looking like Cochins. they are about 16-18weeks old. Any ideas of breeds would be great.

agree they don't look pure cochin, they're likely mixed cochin and something more upright with more tail...not sure right off what that is.
