wondering what kind of chickens I have

hi my neighbor gave me two chickens and said they were pulets (sp) one was laying when I got her the light colored one the other she said was only 3 months old and would start laying soon. Can someone please tell me what I have here. Thanks. The ligjter one has stopped laying for about 3 weeks now.

the barred one looks like a Cuckoo Marans and the tan one is a Buff Brahma or maybe a bantam Buff Brahma. The angle of the camera makes it hard to tell height.

if she has stopped laying, it might be because she was moved from the neighbors coop to yours. I was given a hen that was laying until I got her. She stopped for about 3-4 weeks before she started laying again for me. It took her that long to get used to the new coop I guess.

She layed for a few weeks and now its been about 3 weeks with no eggs. I was thinking its cause she was molting. Im no chicken expert. Lol

Give the rooster back to your neighbor. You took him thinking he was female, no need for you to be stuck with her rooster.

She dont want him and I dont know whete she lives since she moved or I would just drop jim over the fence! Lol
