Give him vitamins definitely, he is just a little weak, should be easy to fix. Btw, it looks like a boy!
Stand the chick on one sticky side of a band aid, then adjust the toes. Fold the other half of the sticky side of the band aid over the top of the foot, press gently between the toes to stick, then carefully trim the excess.
It can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week to correct, however, change the boot every other day. Their feet grow very fast, and changing the boot every other day is important.
