I have a wood burning stove in my basement and typically just dump the ashes out in our outdoor burn pit when we clean it out.

Would it be okay to give them to my chickens instead so they can dust in it? Just wondering if anyone has done this or heard of it being done? Thanks! :)

Yes, as long as it is 100% wood products. Just mix it in with some good dirt and DE and you will have a wonderful dust bath for your chickens!
