Hello,
I heard that hay isn't good for baby chicks? Because of the seeds in it can make them choke. Now my chicks are ranging from 4 months to six months. I was wondering if there is any downfall to putting the hay in there coop now. I am thinking it would be easier for me? I did do the hay at first until I read about that seed and the choking thing. So I switched right away to wood chips. But I thought for me the hay was easier to clean. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
