!!!! the sun is not shining here, its raining, hard too......but the snow is just about all melted away!!!

Rain melted our snow away, too. But then the flood kept the school bus from picking up the kids.... so much for silver linings!

It was raining here all yesterday and today its cloudy and a big mess. But it did melt alot of the snow, so im very happy about that.

Its supposed to be 55 today.....yeah i dont think so. I dont mind rain because we have a well at our house, we depend on water.
its just terribly muddy out. the chickens wanted to go out and free range. but i left them in their run for now.
its still early here in new england only about 8:34.... so who knows.
i do have a possible sick hen outside, so i have to keep checking on her. shes a white leghorn hen. shes about a year old, and isnt acting herself. i fed her some bread, she ate some.
i just have to keep going back and forth outside to check on her.
