Chianina. Go figure. They're used as oxen a lot, and get HUGE as oxen, but even the cows and bulls are the tallest and largest of breeds. (and not in terms of the overly muscled Belgian Blue)
I'd LOVE to add Chianina to my breeding program, but they're so incredibly rare. . .

This bull is really tall more than massive (typical Chianina), but I was really amazed to see that the "worlds heaviest living bull" is temporarily right here in Missouri!
