worm visible when I cracked egg to cook

What type of worm/ parasite do you find inside the egg? I Cracked egg open for breakfast and there was a 2 inch thin worm within the egg. I deworm with albendazole and piperazine and am now going to do spot on ivomec. My cycle is every 6 month deworming as my flock freeranges. But I would like to specifically know which type of parasite I am finding.

Normally it's a large roundworm, but it's very rare that a worm can be found in an egg. Can you post a pic please?
