Worms from compost bin?

Hi! We have five week old chicks and I'm wondering if I can feed them worms from our compost bin. It's a standard bin full of non-animal product food scraps, paper and garden cuttings. In the past, I've fed worms and grubs to adult chickens, but never to chicks. Thanks in advance for any insight you might have!

Sure. They'll love them. I assume you already have the on grit.

Thank you for your quick reply! I really appreciate it. Yes, they're on grit, as well as chick feed and small amounts of blueberries and spinach.
