Worms in this "witch / fairy" egg?

Ok one of my hens laid this tiny egg today, all of my hens have been laying now for almost 2 years and we have never had a tiny egg or "worms" in our eggs either. They eat only organic feed with daily fresh organic veggies and fruits. (they are spoiled) So I have googled worms in eggs and didnt find much so I am not sure if these are worms or not. My son took video of us cracking it open to see if there was yolk in it (we read that small eggs are known as fairy or witch eggs and often times dont have yolk)
so here is the video, please dont watch while you're eating.....
Any advise on this or expertise if these are worms or not is much appreciated.

It appears to be "chalazae," not worms. You can google it if you wish. Here are a couple pics with worms in the egg:

I agree. Looks like a blood or meat spot and the chalaza in the white.

The one time I saw a worm in an egg, it moved. So there was no question.
