Hi,
I have 4 hens that are all 5 months old. two are Barred Rocks and 2 are Buff Orphingtons.

Just this morning I noticed that my chicken was pecking the Buff Orphingtons vent area. I looked closer and saw her pull out something white and about a half and inch big that looked like a worm. I looked at her droppings and didnt see any worms.

She looks fine and there is no sign of losing weight. She is eating and drinking the same amount as the others.

Any help is appreciated thanks!

Did you check the vent and surrounding tissue to make sure she has no wound that has maggots in it?

If the worms are not from a wound, then you may want to take a fecal sample to your vet to have a fecal float performed, they can tell you what type of worms you are dealing with.

Otherwise you can use
Valbazen 1/2 ml orally and then repeated in 10 days for each chicken or Fenbendazole (Safeguard, Panacur) at 1/4 ml per pound for 5 days in a row.
